where will she pop up next?
Salvia's role in Wedding Peach isn't limited to the basic anime and manga canon. She has several interesting appearances in both anime and manga omake works. These cameos give us additional insight into her character and her role in the wedding peach universe.
virgin love music video

An original animated sequence distributed as part of the "Festival" FURIL live event release (later made available on LD and DVD). Momoko, Yuri and Hinagiku perform "Virgin Love" as an idol group called "Peach Angels". Their parents (and love interests) work as both band and back-up vocals, while minor characters from the series make up the audience. One of the characters that can be clearly spotted in the front row is Scarlet.
wedding peach sentai

wedding peach sentai is the second omake anime episode, originally distributed with the second wedding peach LD box. In this ten minute comedy sequence, the love angels are portrayed as warriors in the style of traditional super sentai shows (a' la Kamen rider). In keeping with this theme, there are five love angels (Potamos humorously invites herself to join the group) and the Saint Somethings can be used to summon a giant robotic tank.
Momoko says at the beginning of the episode that Scarlet is "off chasing lions in South Africa" before it is discovered that she, along with Hinagiku and Yuri, have (apparently) been captured by the devils. After appearing before Peach and Potamos, Salvia performs a special attack - "aLMOND dUST" before joining in on the "Saint Honeymoon Attack" with the other angels (and their tank).
At the end of the episode, there is a preview for a fictional "new series" entitled Wedding Baseball Tournament. In this short, Momoko, Yuri and Hinagiku are portrayed as gang members who take up baseball with the aim of becoming national champions. The love angels are shown to specialise in pitching (while wearing dresses), with Salvia proving to be the exception - she is a batter.
Syogaku Sannen-sei manga

A monthly manga serial by Yazawa Nao that ran in Syogaku Sannen-sei magazine for young girls between 1994-1996. It reads as a highly abridged, toned-down version of the original series as it was designed for very young audiences. Scarlet makes her debut in this series six chapters before the conclusion (as Yanagiba's party date). Potamos attacks the love angels attending the function, forcing them to transform.
In an act of bravery, Scarlet steps forward to defend the angels only to have the Saint Something New react on her forehead - revealing that she is in fact an angel too. Scarlet joins the love angels, but almost immediately demands that Momoko break off her relationship with Yousuke. Although her introductory scenes are somewhat different to accepted canon, in the Syogaku Sannen-sei manga, Scarlet's primary role remains intact.
wedding peach pc game

Wedding Peach was popular enough to warrant several video game goodies, including games for the SNES, GameBoy and Playstation. The SNES and GameBoy games were focused on puzzles, so neither had particularly strong storylines. The Playstation game was about dressing-up your favourite girl and seeing how this influenced her career and romantic growth. For the PC, there was a screensaver set released and... an adventure game with an all-new anime-style storyline!
Simply titled Wedding Peach, the game focused on the mysteries surrounding a tribe of dark angels whose presence threatens peace on Earth. The game is a lot like the anime series, with lots of exciting new illustrations to go with the new storyline. What made the game so compelling for its time was its use of vibrant graphics and authentic character voices to make it feel as though you were actually participating in a Wedding Peach episode.
The PC game is the only Wedding Peach game to feature Salvia in a key role and, while she's not an optional multi-player character, she does play an important part in the storyline. Imai Yuka can be heard portraying Salvia in this game, including lots of great battle lines! You can pick the PC game up nice and cheap now (the RRP was 11,400¥!) but be warned, it comes on floppy disks!
lucky*star nods to salvia

In episode three of the Lucky*Star anime series, the heroines discuss their ideal wedding dresses. Konata quotes the opening line of "Yumemiru Ai Tenshi" before declaring "Tsukasa, you're such an Angel Salvia - no wait, going by you're hair, you're closer to Angel Daisy, I guess." Konata is clearly referring to both Tsukasa's appearance (her hair being like Daisy's) and her personality (with her character "type" being more like Salvia).
